Our Principal is Sarah Hawke whose extensive experience working within Local Government for over 20 years gives clients across NSW confidence in navigating the complex planning process.

Sarah derives satisfaction from reducing stress and confusion for her clients, explaining  the process in easily understood and simple terms so her clients can concentrate on the exciting stages of their build process.

Since the NSW government established the NSW Planning Portal as the only avenue for individuals, industry and community to submit Planning Applications, there has been a need for individuals like Sarah  with experience in the industry to help navigate the portal and process.

In the past Council could hold your hand, helping you give them what they need to approve your application, but the NSW Planning Portal offers little to no support, call centres are understaffed and over utilised, which means agencies like ours are invaluable in getting you from zero to hero.

Together with her experience in Local Government, Sarah has a Graduate Certificate in Development Assessment so you can trust her expertise in smoothing your path to the build of your dreams.
