What do I need to get started?
In our initial consultation with you we will let you know exactly what you will need to provide for your application. If you would like, we can liaise directly with your architect/draftsmen, consultants, builders and certifers.

What if my Application is rejected?
Our job is to assess the Application requirements BEFORE we lodge for you. Most refusals arise because applications are incomplete, unsuitable or outside the scope of normal developments in your Council area. We ensure every box is ticked, t crossed and i dotted to make sure we give your application every chance of success.
WHY DA ASSIST
